Yoga Pilates Fusion
Yoga and Pilates are sister mat workouts. It is not a surprise to have them combined. The total body strengthening experience of both formats compliment each other and allows an emphasis on core strength.
What to Bring: A bottle of water, a towel, and a yoga mat. Wear fitted workout clothes, ideally ones that wick away moisture.
