If you take group fitness and put it together with yoga, Yoga Sculpt is born. In one hour you will get strength training, core work, cardio, and yoga for a complete workout. 

What to Bring: A bottle of water, a towel, hand weights, and a yoga mat. Wear fitted workout clothes, ideally ones that wick away moisture.
