Michele is also a former school teacher with a Masters Degree in Education and Effective Teaching and Learning.
When she is not teaching fitness classes or creating art, Michele can be found walking or training her 3 dogs.
Elizabeth began her yoga teaching journey in her early 50’s. She had practiced ashtanga, hot yoga and a variety of other formats for several years but it wasn’t until she took a Yin class that she became passionate about yoga. The Yin format of finding stillness, holding poses for an extended period of time, and tuning into yourself was exactly the balance she needed.
It was through that experience, that she knew she wanted to share what she had learned through her own journey with others. She received her 200 hour certification with LifePower and is a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. She also did the apprentice program with Yoga Unlimited.
She is also a certified Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga and SUP Fitness teacher. Yoga without walls is her bliss! She loves to practice on the beach, on a lake, in a park - anywhere she can feel a connection to nature.
When she is not practicing or teaching yoga, Elizabeth enjoys reading, beach combing, spending time with her family and searching for their next vacation destination.
Meet Lynda Saathoff
Studio Teacher
Lynda has been doing yoga for 25 years and really became committed to her practice after attending her first Power Vinyasa class about 8 years ago. After many years as an avid runner and some years of completing Triathlons with her husband, Lynda found she loved the combination of matching movement to breath while taming her mind. After retiring from a career in Medical/Hospital Sales in 2023, she completed her 200 hour teacher training here at Yoga Unlimited.
Outside of the studio you will find Lynda riding her bike, walking/running in her neighborhood or at the beach and chatting it up with anyone she finds along the way.
