After completing her 200-hour teacher training at Yoga Salt Wilmington in 2021, Zoë began offering classes that weave together movement, stillness, and self-inquiry as pathways to healing and wholeness.
Her classes are rooted in strong, soulful Vinyasa flows that invite students into presence and power. Certified in Yin, Slow Flow, and Somatic movement, Zoë holds space for all parts of the self to be witnessed and welcomed. With a foundation in yogic philosophy, neuroscience, and mindfulness-based psychology, her teaching invites a full-body remembrance—of strength, softness, and sacred connection.
In Zoë’s classes, expect to move, breathe, and return—to your body, your spirit, and your truth!
Off of the mat you can find Zoë playing with her dogs, Satori and Sugar, camping, hiking, and traveling. Zoë is currently studying at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill to obtain her masters in social work.
