Restorative Yoga

This is a slow moving grounded class that stays on the floor and uses props to support the body while holding postures for 3 to 5 minutes. These postures stretch the tendons, fascia, and ligaments in a supportive way so the body is not stressed. 

What to Bring: A bottle of water, a towel, a blanket, a bolster, blocks, straps, and a yoga mat. Wear fitted workout clothes, ideally ones that wick away moisture.

Experience Level: Beginner Friendly

Class Length: 30 - 60 Minutes
