Prana Pump
This one hour total body workout starts with a seated meditation and pranayama work, it then progresses into Kriyas, spontaneous movement and joint mobility, core work, strength training, low impact cardio, and yoga. It’s a complete mind, body, and spirit class.
What to Bring: A bottle of water, a towel, hand weights, an exercise ball, an exercise band, a chair, and a yoga mat. Wear fitted workout clothes, ideally ones that wick away moisture, and sneakers.
