These guided meditations will allow you time to find stillness, relax, and just breathe. Meditation is a state of being. It is a movement into peace and serenity. Once you are fully aware and in the present moment, you are meditating. 

What to Bring: A bottle of water and a comfortable place to sit. 

Experience Level: Beginner Friendly
