Kids Fitness
In this jammed packed 45 minute class, we will have fun moving, stretching, jumping, kicking, dancing, playing, breathing, and even laying. Traditional exercises, games, creativity, yoga, and meditation makes this class a great outlet for kids to enjoy.
What to Bring: A bottle of water. Wear workout clothes and sneakers.
