Bikram Style: Power Yoga

This class consists of Bikram style poses and is done the same way in each practice to develop discipline, muscle memory, and body awareness. Power Yoga is typically taught in a heated environment with no music.

What to Bring: A bottle of water, a towel, and a yoga mat. Wear fitted workout clothes, ideally ones that wick away moisture.
