Ashtanga Yoga
This class is a set series of standing and seated postures that are done in a specific order. It is an alignment-based class that is very athletic in nature. Yoga Unlimited’s approach is to find success for many, not just the experienced yogi that can master every pose. Because of this, we give variations, options, and offer modified series. This class is taught with no music.
What to Bring: A bottle of water, a towel, and a yoga mat. Wear fitted workout clothes, ideally ones that wick away moisture.
