Cardio Yoga

In this express class, you will follow the bell curve of a yoga class with Sun A, B, and C, balance, hip openers, core and back strength, inversions, and twists. There will be a cardio element sprinkled through the class to keep the heart rate up and get the most out of your time.

What to Bring: A bottle of water, a towel, and a yoga mat. Wear fitted workout clothes, ideally ones that wick away moisture.
